“I visited the Elitecare emergency room in Plano, on Dallas Pkwy. I was greeted and quickly in-processed by Kayla and transferred to an examining room as soon as I completed the paperwork. Almost immediately, I was evaluated by the RN Mike and shortly thereafter by Dr Burkett. I was quickly moved to the on-site x-ray team and professionally processed by the Tech Jeff. From the time I arrived, I was greeted and examined by very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. When I departed with the diagnosis of a fractured fibula, I was given specific directions for care and follow-up examinations by recommended orthopedic docs. Great experience, especially considering the circumstances. I would definitely recommend the Elitecare 24 Hour Emergency Room over any hospital emergency room.” -Mark A.

“I received the best, most thorough, kindest and most professional care I have ever received. Every person I dealt with was amazing. My nurse Branef was as good as they come. He was always right there to meet my needs. Dr. Williams was so kind. She sat with me and took her time to understand what was going on with me. She explained my test results so thoroughly. I needed to stay awhile for observation so they moved me to a much more comfortable room with a private bath. Gave me a crazy awesome gift bag. I was traveling January 1-3-2020 and happen to have an ever high fever came to your office that crew with the front desk all the way back to the back emergency room Fatima, Carla, Brett, Dr. Burkett.
